Leigh Therriault is a writer, poet, and former dispatcher. Her short fiction and poetry have appeared in various literary magazines, journals, and anthologies. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s creative writing program, and a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators, and the Canadian Authors Association. She earned a Master of Science in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication. Beyond writing, Leigh enjoys walking in the park with her family, gluten-free baking, and buying more books for her overflowing shelves. She lives in Ottawa, Ontario, with her husband and son.
